Purchase a qualifying 2019 LG OLED Television (W9, E9, C9, B9) from 23.10.2019 to 23.1.2020 (“Promotional Period”) and claim on www.tvoffer.sky.com or in-store (only where purchased in-store) to redeem a discounted 18 month Sky TV Entertainment package (subject to availability – see table below). Please note, there may be additional charges associated with setup – see terms below.

LG reserves the right to end this promotion prior to the completion of the Promotional Period, where the availability levels in the table above have been met. LG also reserves the right to amend these terms and the availability of the above offers at its discretion.

Set-up costs: Sky Q 2TB box:

  • New customers: £50;
  • Existing Sky customers £10 admin fee (unless you have a Sky+HD box, in which case, you will need to pay up to £50 to upgrade to Sky Q)

These costs are for standard set-ups, non-standard set-ups may cost extra. These set-up costs are non-refundable in the event you return your television and/or the redeemed offer no longer applies. Should you have any questions on set-up, please contact Sky.

Upgrading to Sky Q. New 18 month minimum terms apply (prices may change during your minimum terms). Standard prices apply after 18 months (currently: Sky Entertainment: £27pm; HD Pack: £5pm and Q Experience: £13pm. You must keep all three packs for 18 months and the LG TV to benefit from this offer.

If TV is returned or pack/s are removed you will pay standard in-contract prices for the remaining packs (currently: Sky Entertainment: £22; HD Pack: £5; Q Experience: £13).

Offer redemption:

  • Online LG TV purchases: Redemption link provided after purchase; new customers: redeem code on Sky website; existing customers: redeem code by phone.
  • Instore LG TV purchases: redemption code provided instore; new customers: Sky TV processed in most stores; online redemption may be required, ask your retailer; existing customers: redeem code by phone. Codes valid until 23/02/20.

UHD: Requires Sky Q 2TB, Sky TV and Sky Q Experience subscriptions and UHD ready TV. Content depends on subscription. Subject to status. Upfront payment may be required.

General:

Non-standard set-up may cost extra. Connect to TV using HDMI cable. Sky Q kit is loaned to you at no cost and must be returned at the end of the relevant subscription. You own the Sky dish. Prices may vary if you live in a flat. You must get any consents required (e.g. landlord’s). UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residential customers only. Email address required so we (Sky) can keep in touch about your services.

Claims relating to non-qualifying products or Qualifying Products purchased before or after the Promotional Period will be deemed invalid. The Promoter(s) shall not be responsible for any unauthorised retailer purporting to be a participating retailer of this promotion.

All Qualifying Products must be new and genuine LG products. Purchases of second hand, refurbished or reconditioned products; products imported from outside the EEA or products which are counterfeit or infringe the intellectual property rights of LG Electronics in any way will not qualify for this Promotion.

Claims are not valid in respect of Qualifying Products that are returned to a retailer and the participant receives a full refund, in which case the Promoter will be entitled to cancel any applicable offers.

The Promoters reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all claims to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive claims including, without limitation, to require the participant to prove that it did not return the Qualifying Product within the period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Claims for returned products, those made in bad faith or fraudulent entries or claims that otherwise do not meet these terms and conditions will be invalidated.

Liability: Save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, LG shall not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by an entrant as a result of entering this promotion.

By claiming this offer, applicants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Where applicable, the Promoter(s) shall comply with the Data Protection Act 2018, the CAP Code and any applicable law. Please note, LG shall have no access to any personal data.

Sky and LG are joint promoters for the purposes of this Promotion and formulated these terms (only) together. Sky are facilitating all aspects of redemption, whether in-store or online, so if you have any questions on the same, please enquire with Sky.
